Commentary Sensex ended the penultimate session (before the Union Budget) on a high note with benchmark index gaining 1.7%. Today we expect the markets to be extremely volatile while tracking the announcements which would be made during the Union Budget starting at 11.00 A.M. US Markets were closed on Friday on account of its Independence Day. Asian markets are trading lower at this point in time with Hang Seng & Nikkei down 1.4% & 1.6% respectively.
